Our Squib Rod is engineered for the careful removal of lodged bullets and cartridge cases from pistol, revolver, and PCC barrels. Machined from solid brass, it delivers the strength required for repeated impact while providing a material significantly softer than barrel steel—helping protect the bore from scratches, deformation, and unnecessary wear.

Every detail is intentional.

The rod features a precision-recessed concave tip designed to naturally center on the bullet’s nose. This helps minimize tip expansion toward the barrel wall during impact, keeping force directed where it belongs.

A replaceable Delrin® head saver cap is included with every rod. Designed to absorb the impact of the striking tool, the cap helps extend the service life of the brass rod without increasing the force required to remove the obstruction.

Thicker brass head, approximately .5″ in diameter, provides a more substantial striking surface and helps resist deformation.
Added head weight contributes to a solid, balanced feel and assists with obstruction removal.

Engineered for PCC shooters and applications requiring additional reach, the Long PCC rod extends the capabilities of the Long Pistol configuration while retaining the same robust construction and refined design.
