Over Size Pins

Over Size Pins – Hammer, Sear, & Barrel Link Pin

While most hammer, sear, and barrel link pins are a bit under spec, these “oversized pins” are heat treated and ground to the maximum diameter (.157″ hammer pin, .110″ sear pin, .154-.156″ link pin) on the 1911 part print.  This allows  for precise fitting of the hammer and sear.

The pins do not exceed the maximum part specification. 

These hammer, sear, and barrel link pins give you the smoothest hammer and sear rotation possible while eliminating pin wear. The elimination of pin wear helps keep that crisp trigger pull that you paid for.  Oversize pins may require reaming of some part pivot holes.

Fits Colt, Dan Wesson, Wilson Combat, Ed Brown, Nighthawk, Kimber, Springfield, STI, SV, and any 1911 spec pistol.  Fit 2011 style double stack pistols as well.
